FREE BUS SERVICE*
From September 2012 Warrington Collegiate will operate a bus service for the convenience of students. Details of these services are outlined below. To view our new transport leaflet click here.
Route A – Culcheth - Lowton - Golborne - Newton-Le-Willows - Warrington Collegiate
Route B – Lymm - Thorn Cross - Stretton - Stockton Heath - Latchford - Padgate - Warrington Collegiate
Route C* CANCELLED* – Runcorn - A50 - Walton - Warrington Town Centre - Warrington Collegiate (subject to demand: Call into Learner Services to put your name down on the list.)
Route from Widnes - Great Sankey - Warrington Collegiate will only run subject to demand, please call into Learner Services and add your name to the list.
Warrington Borough Transport (WBT) offers half price bus passes to students who live in the Warrington area and are aged 16-19 years. A town Network or Town Saver Pass can be purchased for unlimited travel on WBT buses. Click here to view the bus routes in Warrington.
Bus passes can be purchased from Learner Services. You will need to pay for your pass and collect a copy of your Learning Agreement from Registry, then bring the receipt along with a passport sized photograph to Learner Services where we will be able to issue you with your pass. Alternatively, you can purchase your pass from the bus station in Warrington Town Centre.
If you live outside the Warrington area and your travel costs exceed £10 per week, you may be able to receive assistance. Please call into Learner Services for further information.
Travel 19+
Students who are over the age of 19 may be able to receive support from the college.
If you are registered disabled and are resident in the Warrington area, you may be eligible for support. Please call into Learner Services for further information.
