Enrichment
College life - much more than a college course!
To enhance your experience of college life, we encourage students to get involved in extra activities and enrichment. It is a great way to meet new friends, learn new skills and have fun!
Enrichment is an important part of the college experience for full time students.
We aim to offer activities that you will enjoy. Activities take place all year round and some are aimed to complement your studies. For example, some activities include entry to regional and national competitions, representing the college in one of our sports teams, taking part in outdoor activities, dance classes, learning to play chess etc. There may also be the opportunity to go on residential or day trips that form part of your course.
The Bush Tucker Trial at Warrington Collegiate
Students get involved in loads of activities on and off campus from sports clubs to more unusual activities...a bush tucker trial.
Students have their say
In addition to participating in enrichment activities, our students are encouraged to have their say about every aspect of college life, enabling us to keep our finger on the student pulse and ensure our learners are able to contribute their views about the college, their course and their learning experienc
e. Learner involvement is facilitated through our lively student council which is run by students, for students, and aims to provide as many opportunities as possible for learners to make the most of their time at college.
Enrichment activities are available each week offering a well earned break from studying for your chosen qualification.
